This is one of the case that Ms Vivian assisted.
These four kids lost their father to a car accident and their mother passed on within 100 days after their dad left.
Ms Vivian was at the wake for all 4 days.
They lost both their parents overnight.
She is still helping this family, as they stay near her.
Currently, they are in the care of their granny who is able to support them due to the generous help from the public.
Vivian was a very filial grand-daughter to her grandmother who has passed on last year in 2012. To fulfill her grandmother's last wish, she seek the help of "Crime Library" who helped her to locate her sixth aunt who was separated from her grandmother for 15 years! It was not easy for Vivian but because her grandmother had infected her with a HEART OF GOLD, Vivian tried all ways and means to make her grandmother happy.
Another case that Vivian has assisted. Father had a stroke and he went for heart bypass surgery. However, he became paralyzed and was unable to fend for his 6 children. His wife is unemployed and they have a hard time getting by. Vivian gave the children free tuition with the help of other volunteer tutors. She also cooks dinner for the family and she is happy when the kids are happy. Children all deserves to have a happy childhood.
Vivian holds a full-time job but time holds no boundaries for her. Whenever she has the time, she would spend it wisely by going to homes to help out and to bring joy and laughter to the people there.

Publicity in the mainstream newspaper. Sin Ming Daily News and Chinese Newspaper Wan Bao. They talked about Vivian's solo fight as a single mum and also broadcast about Ms Vivian's speech on the 15th of June 2013 at Hong Lim Park to plead for another single mother who killed her son out of immense pressure and many other difficulties- Ms Rebecca.
